SiteQuest HelpBrowser Extension
Connect your main browser to SiteQuest.
The SiteQuest browser extension creates a bridge between your main browser and the SiteQuest sidebar.
Install the Extension
SiteQuest's extension works with Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers. The extension is bundled with the desktop app — you don't need to download it separately.
Open SiteQuest settings
Go to Extensions
Click Install Extension — this loads the SiteQuest extension into your browser
Follow the browser prompts to confirm the installation
Make sure SiteQuest is running when you use the extension. The extension communicates with the desktop app to send pages and commands.
What the Extension Can Do
- Send current page to the sidebar with one click
- Open links in SiteQuest instead of your main browser
- Quick search using SiteQuest's AI
- Page context actions (enhance, summarise, translate)
Manage Extensions
You can see all installed extensions and enable/disable them in Settings > Extensions.
